Nelson Ng is a Senior Project Manager and Project Management Office (PMO) Manager at KONE Malaysia. He has over 10 years experience working within multi discipline teams on a construction sites, handling small, medium and large residential and commercial projects consists over 80 projects with more than 500 units lift, escalator and travellator.Nelson has previously worked as Head of Sales & Marketing that allows him to handle contract, commercial issue, operations, project risk identification, mitigate, contingency planning and potential actions management from both sides. Nelson has developed extensive commercial and technical knowledge ranging from pre-contract to post-contract work which include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, logistics planning, installation, quality, safety, testing and commissioning, management of claims, negotiation, project cash flow and business success with customer satisfaction. Nelson also a Certified Customer Project Management (Level 2) verified by International Institute and Certified Scaffolding Competency (Intermediate) registered with D.O.S.H.
