• Production Control Planner in charge of two production business lines (1. Steam Rotor manufacturing and repair services. And 2. Gas Rotor manufacturing and repair) • Develop and manage near and long term manufacturing plans for rotor manufacturing and repair services.• Support, advice of production line capability and resources availability vs execution time.• In charge of creating and maintaining production schedules – base on master production plan (MPP).• Develop best practices of managing - control / issuing material on time vs production development. Support BOM creation for best manufacturing development.• Manage / measure work load per work center, and base on priorities make daily manufacturing recommendation to supervisors and production managers.• Perform scheduling of released orders in the shop floor control system, manage work-in-process (WIP) and assist with physical movement of product throughout the entire manufacturing process.• Advise to management of anticipated problems, material shortage, engineering changes and/or equipment failures or major non-conformance or in-process product.• Perform continues improvement for Production Process applying best practices (lean manufacturing and six sigma principles). Make recommendations to management recalling not added value process and finding root cause for them.• Create and maintain Master schedule for each production line and product families.
