Interface Manager and Project Controls support for Topsides engineering and design for the Ichthys and White Rose CPF Projects. Executed project level Interface Management Plan within a multi-level client environment. Resolved interface issues between the Client and WGM's Project Engineers and discipline leads. Ensured all actions resulting from Interface Queries and Deviations, meetings, and other sources are properly documented, monitored, and completed. Process Change Proposals by coordinating with Project Management, technical disciplines, and client on additional scope of work not addressed in contract.

Managed a 160 member highly technical Systems Engineering & Integration team by successfully addressing competing technical, cost and schedule issues. Provided NASA Shuttle program with increased flexibility through addressing dynamic requirement fluctuations, against long established procedures, by developing and implementing significant process changes. Successfully led and met organization targeted budget reductions. Negotiated annual baseline budgets of $45M/year in addition to several change orders with the Client. Responsible for ensuring Payload/Cargo requirements were successfully defined, all engineering correctly completed and verified the engineering was properly implemented against the "as-built" hardware leading up to Certification of Flight Readiness (CoFR) process. Established goals, performed reviews, and allocated salary actions for employee performance appraisals.

Managed an 80 member Engineering team by successfully resolving competing technical, cost and schedule issues. Led Analytical team in the review and changes of all analysis tools, databases, and processes in support of safe, successful Space Shuttle return to flight after Columbia accident. Negotiated annual baseline budgets and approved unique project proposals as required. Oversaw the design, development, and on-time delivery of flight hardware.

Led structural analysis team by negotiating technical and schedule requirements between the client and their contractors, include ensuring resolution of all issues. Managed the program’s final integrated structural analysis prior to every launch and ensured each contractor performed their analyses in support of CoFR. Successfully led the initiative to reduce structural analysis time, and associated budgets, by over 30%.

Provided Interface management expertise to the Client's International Space Station contractor.

Oversaw the structural/mechanical engineering for the design, development, certification, and delivery of a space rated water cooling pump. Led the analytical integration and verification analyses of secondary payloads. Presented structural analysis team results at program reviews and to senior level management.
