Senior Account Manager
CurrentSenior Account Manager responsible for managing a well established and profitable book of business worth over $5,000,000 in annual sales. Includes creating opportunities, establishing and cultivating long standing partnerships with strategic and crucial accounts. Responsibilities include day-to-day management and problem solving, growth within existing business, organic growth, and gross profit management. • Served as the Senior Sales Member of the team that delivered a single-year sales increase of 20%, bench-marking year-end company revenues of $2,000,0000,000 in 2019 • Support company growth by continuously exceeding revenue quota on a year-to-year basis • Actively manage pipeline to exceed and support constant growth through cold calling and client referrals • Manage quarterly gross profit margin on all accounts to ensure maximum profitability • Handle contract negotiations for national and international clients • Implementation and on-boarding of upstream systems such as Workday, Ariba, etc. to integrate into WB Masonville in one week, instead of the usual 4-6 weeks • Project Manager for build outs on specialized furniture projects for: Ipsoft, Robinhood Foundation, NY Public Library, etc
