• Coordinating the workflow in the team to ensure all inquiries are answered expeditiously and accurately.
• Leading and/or coordinating projects, partnering with different MGI departments and vendors to improve the service line and develop partnerships with such vendors.
• LMS - Lead of Strategic Onboarding Program for new agents and partners.

• Monitoring the account of retail and key portfolio partners such as Walmart and CVS to ensure that end-to-end resolution is achieved.
• Minimizing financial risk associated with partner reconciliation and working with a variety of areas to ensure financial risk is understood and decisions are made in a prompt manner.
