This position is a mix of youth direct service, coordinating coach training, practices, game days and tournaments at over 25 schools in the Boston Public School system, and administrative work. Responsibilities include recruit, support and train head and assistant soccer coach positions for 3rd -5th grade Boys and Girls teams at site schools, and adding additional support to 6th - 8th grade sites. Responsible for recruiting volunteers and managing site placement. Recruiting and training referees for our in-season game days. In addition to supporting staff, I am responsible for creating an 8 to 10 week seasonal game schedule for all active program sites. Permitting public fields for soccer games and practices to create a bus itinerary; bus scheduling for sites to be transported to and from permitted fields for the entirety of the program season. Sending out weekly assignments to all staff, and referees who will provide game day support/ representation. I personally paint and line soccer fields for game days.Run and assist with fall & spring pre-season coach training events as part of our 7-person Program Team and Coordinate with Site Coordinators at schools to deliver uniforms, balls & other equipment.Other responsibilities include sending out weekly bulletins to coaches and site coordinators. Managing and approving coach payroll for a select number of site staff assigned to me. During winter months, I am working with the program team to prepare for the spring season by creating bus itineraries, game day schedules, and pre-season trainings. During the Summer, I help run a summer learning program in East Boston along with my program director. I assist with morning sessions by providing support to teachers in the classroom. In the afternoon. Responsible for managing staff and students by providing assignments to staff and transitioning to and from classroom spaces. Plan and create soccer sessions for the students and meet with staff to brief on a daily basis

Personally made over 300 phone calls to inform members to register or re-register for upcoming swimming sessions. Daily maintenance check-ups and chemical pool tests. Supervision over lifeguards when aquatic directors are not present. Proper investigation/scanning of pool area during guarding shifts.
