Supporting the SVP for Americas Partner Sales Organization consisting of 600+ sales managers and engineers with +$20B in business for both product and service.• Strategic finance partner for sales (product & services) and over 10 thousand partners reselling Cisco.• Channel Business reviews to understand trends and competitive pressures/opportunities.• Management and governance of the $1.6B contra portfolio of programs and incentives.• Finance leader for the Americas Discount and Programs Committee

Supporting VP of Americas Distribution Sales with $5B+ in business; where we drive State Of The Business Reviews with theater leaders covering over 60 Distributors. Responsible for the Quarterly commit and forecast of Distribution POS, Bookings, Inventory, and rebates. Average forecast accuracy of 99% over the last three years. Compliance Management conducting inventory audits, inventory rolls, and process reviews.

Responsible for supporting the US Distribution Sales team ($3B in sales). • Solid partnership with Operations managing $300m inventory and $350m backlog.• Led Quarterly business reviews with the seven US Distributors and their executive teams.• Drove cross functional initiatives leveraging business acumen, strong partnership skills: 1. CBN (Channels Bookings Neutrality) – Successfully launched this Globally. 2. Return On Cisco – Developed a model to help understand our Distributor’s profitability selling Cisco products and more importantly created an action oriented engagement process to identify areas for improvement and suggested action to be taken. 3. Contra Revenue/Program Portfolio – Collaborated with the US Channels Controller to consolidate all programs into one portfolio view, to facilitate the appropriate decisions on which programs to maintain, adjust, or eliminate.

Responsible for managing the $700M WW Distribution reserves for Inventory and back-end rebates. • Wkly/Mthly/Qrtly consolidation of the WW Distribution Bookings, POS and Net Spread forecast.• Monthly reviews at the company close meeting regarding Distribution’s revenue reserves.• Supported the WW Distribution Operations team and was the finance lead for a company initiative called Project Disti. Project Disti streamlined the process within each theater around standard submission of POS and Inventory data.• Championed integrating financial controls for the Inventory and 2-tier rebate process.
