Professional Aviator with more than 16 years of experience in several fields in the aviation industry ensuring outstanding passenger experiences, as well as adherence to company guidelines and Federal Aviation Administration safety regulations. My passion towards the aviation industry began at an early age after my first flight from Puerto Rico to Orlando, FL. Throughout the years, my love for aviation grew providing me with the knowledge and resources to pursue a career in the aviation industry while also giving back to the aviation community. Backed by exceptional time management, passion, and dedication, I completed my Private Pilot Certificate while managing one hundred and fifty American Airlines flight attendants. Was accepted into the American Airlines Cadet Academy where I continued my flight training with CTI Professional Flight Training in Ft. Lauderdale. The structured curriculum and professional training CTI offered, gave the necessary tools to complete my ratings. The opportunity was presented to further challenge myself and received the seaplane rating at Jack Brown’s. By combining acquired management and pilot skills, I was hired at IBC Airways where I worked as a Flight Follower and Chief Pilot’s assistant while time building on the side. In less than a year, I received the SIC and PIC SF34 type rating and currently fly the Saab all over the Caribbean moving freight for DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Since July 2022, I’ve spent some time being a contract Saab test pilot where I’ve developed on maintaining meticulous situational awareness and decision-making skills in unexpected and emergency situations. The additional experience has provided an increase knowledge of aircraft systems and operations.During my time off, I mentor fellow peers and future pilot by volunteering and providing introductory flights.
