Involved in setting up the 7.5 lakh square feet entire Fullfillment centre & return Centre process flow which is capable of dispatching 2.5 lakh shipment/day and processing 90000 return shipments/day.Effectively monitoring Inventory and outbound & Return centre operations and achieving the targets of weekly matrics .Managing speed metrics and people metrics P2I(Picking to invoicing) , FC/MH breach, CPD(Customer promise day) breach, Packing adherence, Mis-shipments targets ,MP utilization, Category mix IPP(Item per person), skill development .Maintaining good co-ordination with other departments within the organization like MH and inventory and packing and reducing bulks and handshake discrepancies.Implementing cost reduction ideas like Kaizens and improving employee multi tasking performance .Continuous improvement of the process and adhering to SOPs and delivering SNOP plan of the organization and adopting industrial culture .Effectively handling 1.2k workforce during BBD and providing quality training and maintaining their AMS by considering attrition, absentiseem, Diversity and engaging the workforce to FISH activity and other organization activityBuilding good co-ordination with central team reagarding the process related issues and implimention of PDRN in the operation floor.Co-ordinating with Vendors to ensure timely dispatch of liquidation, refinishing and refurbishing, seller & supplier return and external inspection while ensuring high percentage of re-inventorization and minimal defects.

Preparation and Supervision of daily and hourly Production Charts and minimizing the defects and preparing the CAPA in order to eliminate reoccurence of the defect.Preparing Daily MIS regarding Production Activities& Man management handling of 50 members in work area,mainaintaining standards like 5S and KaizenProviding Training for the new operator regarding the manufacturing process and maintaining OJT for the new operator.Maintaining the Productivity, Efficiency and improving Cycle time and implementing Cost reductive changes.
