Marine Operator:- Ensures smooth day to day operation matters- Cost and Charterer Control- Arranaging Vessel Delivery and Redelivery from Charterers- Flag Certification Re-flagging and Re-registry- Reviews Time Charter Descriptions and Charter Party- Extra War Risk Insurance Cover- IMDG Cargo Approval- Handles Owners Hire Statements and Disburesement accounts- Handling of performance claims and cargo claims in cooperation with Claims Handling and / orDefence ClubMarine Superintendent ( Technical Dept):- Handles QHSE and Marine matters for 13k TEU vessels- Vessel Inspection- Project Coordinator for all 13K TEU Maersk chartered vessels- Channel to Operation team and other internal organization-- Trainer

• Handles all ship’s incident investigations, potential near-misses, Charterer and Oil Major’s complaints• Controls and manages HSE records ( ISM, ISPS, Safety Meetings, Navigation Audit, Near Misses, Non-Confirmity)• Assists the company’s DPA in the management and document control of ship and shore manuals and certificates related to ISO and Environmental Occupation and Health • Participates in management review reports referring to company’s TMSA and KPI Targets • Regular ship’s visitation and conduct onboard review of ship’s condition and crew’s safety performance• Review of shipboard safety meeting and navigation audit• Review and assess the Marine Superintendent and customers complaints concerning onboard crew’s performance and identify the training needs required• Conducts briefing and pre-joining familiarization for Senior Officers prior joining the vessel• Control and manage the company’s cadetship training programme• Manage the company’s Crew In House Training ( Safety Officer/ Risk Assessment / Root Cause Analysis and Incident Reporting )at BLT head office at Jakarta• Reports directly to the company’s shipmanagement Director

• Visiting Offshore vessels at work site to observe/supervise safe Anchor Handling and Barging operation as Britoil Offshore Safety Captain. Evaluates Britoil crew operation and safety performance onboard• Britoil Offshore Internal Auditor (ISM / ISPS) / Vessel Inspector • Representing Britoil in Offshore mobilization and Job Safety Analysis meetings with Mc Dermott, Global, Chevron, Nippon, Leighton, Shell and Saipem• Supervise suitability inspection of Britoil Offshore vessels and assists closing out of deficiencies and client requirements• Attends and monitors Dry Dock Maintenance and Repair of Britoil AHT vessels in UAE and Britoil Shipyard• Assisting Master in voyage planning and weather routing• Assisting DPA in improving Britoil HSE procedures, manuals and document control• Conducting Incident investigation and Risk Analysis onboard Britoil Offshore Vessels• In house training crew familiarization of Britoil Offshore crew in Manila crewing agencies• Schedule vessel visits at offshore location to observe actual operation• Visits and liaising with Manila crewing agencies concerning the sourcing of quality AHT crew• Company’s Representative for on hire survey with Aramco, Charterers and clients

- Sailed as Master onboard Container Vessels trading world wide- Attended Dry Dock repairs as Master and Chief Officer to various Dockyards in Shanghai, Singapore and Subic. - Self Pilotage experience at Japanese ports- Sailed on Tanker, Ro-Ro and Container Vessels- Have sailed with various charterers: Maersk, OOCL, Evergreen, RCL, Samudera, NSCSA, TS Lines- Conducts in-house Training and has been assistant crewing at Splash Crewing agency while on shipboard vacation.- Maitime Training Instructor at JBLF Iloilo Philippines handling BSC, Radar, Advance safety, Hazmat Courses.
