Marketing & Program Assistance: I work with camps, especially BIPOC-led ones like Camp Jamison and Harold Hunter Foundation Skate Camp, to grow their programs and expand their community impact. Program Expansion & Operations: Whether launching new programs like Rutgers Gardens 4H Day Camp or refining existing operations, I drive efficiency and innovation. Diversity & Inclusion: I’m committed to amplifying underrepresented voices, especially BIPOC and neurodiverse individuals. I’ve enhanced TIC Summer Camp’s G.R.O.W. (Girls Rock Our World) program and spoken at ACA conferences on fostering inclusive camp environments. New Initiatives:Camp Inno: A community-led initiative to provide access to camp for Black and Brown families.SoYouThinkYouCanCamp: A digital platform amplifying BIPOC camp professionals’ voices and merging Black culture with the camp community. Collaboration with The Summer Camp Society:For the past four years, I’ve partnered with The Summer Camp Society to offer year-round professional development.
