In 2024 we've :Initiated "So You Think You Can Camp" : A digital media platform to amplify the voices and visual representation of BIPOC camp professionals.Established the foundation for an overnight technology and innovation camp. Hosted "CampChella & Cabin Chats" a networking event for over 400 camping profressionals at the ACA Tri-State NY/NJ conference in Atlantic City, NJ.

As a faculty member for The Summer Camp Society, I dedicated my time to providing year-round professional development and fostering a sense of community among summer camp professionals through hosting monthly meetups for resource sharing, led month-long workshops on Inclusion and Restorative Justice, and authored innovative blogs to improve various areas of camp. Additionally, I served as a faculty facilitator at biannual conferences, sharing insights and best practices to enhance the camp experience for for working professionals.

TIC Summer Camp seeks to create an inclusive and encouraging environment that provides a healthy mind and body balance through collaboration, creativity, and growth.Kids, ages 7 to 15, come to TIC to explore technology, but they also get personal attention, confidence building, and the opportunity to test the reaches of their creativity. Our unique model allows campers to exercise both their mind and body with equal half days of technology program and athletic activities! How we execute the combination of activities provides a balanced, powerful end product, that is not only about gaining knowledge, but the quality of the journey and the memories and skills created along the way.

Stomping Ground is an overnight camp in the gateway to the Adirondacks in Saratoga Springs, New York. We are building radically empathetic communities through humble curiosity, personal responsibility, restorative practices, and unbounded creativity.Our mission is to partner with young people to inspire the next generation of radically empathetic decision makers. Together we re-imagine a more perfect world.

Managed year-round operations by overseeing logistics and budget monitoring while developing a reusable camping program template.Increased year-end profits by over $35,000 through lean process improvements, boosting enrollment, lowering programming costs, and reducing facility waste.Led the recruitment and training of camp staff, creating a knowledgeable team dedicated to safety and inclusivity.Coordinated social events to enhance community awareness and strengthen camp culture.Trained staff on event management and safety procedures, ensuring camper well-being.Supervised camper activities to address behavioral issues and promote a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.

The Dragonfly Forest specialty camp is a traditional overnight program for kids with Autism, 22q, Asthma, Sickle Cell Disease, and Hemophilia. We aim to make camp a reality for as many families as possible. By partnering with parents and experts in the medical field, we can provide accommodations for our campers that allow them to be successful at camp. Dragonfly Forest aims to provide a culture of inclusion while fostering confidence and independence in each of our campers.
