Monitored and updated project progress, delivering all 90+ movie SKUS into production and supporting target on-shelf date and movie launch of June 2018.• Reduced basic figures cost via standardization in 2016 and improved gross margin; troubleshooting directly with contract manufacturer to implement direct ink-jet printing for face decoration, improving facial expression and realism without increasing costs.• Collaborated with manufacturer to increase paper stock inventory level, reducing testing time and tightening supply chain lead-time, improving reorder time for licensed UNO Card Game by 28 days (87 to 59 days) in 2016 and boosting top line revenue for numerous Direct Import (DI) orders.• Developed 2 new platforms (Hello Barbie and AR View-Master) under expedited schedule for fall 2015, and supported exploration of 3D printer, overcoming extremely challenging skill set requirements from regular toys, and setting IOT platform guidance for future inventory.• Reduced $1.2M+ packaging cost and material and packout labor for core brands in 2012 by coordinating and conducting Kaizen and Task Force methods with cross-functional teams and factories.• Partnered with quality engineering and customer services teams to make changes to on-going products, improving quality and providing learning for future new development.
