I have been working for more than twenty-seven years in the computer field. I have created more than 30 Data Centers in different countries such as Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Japan & Australia where I also managed the team to provide 7 x 24 supports for each site. I have always proposed solutions to improve the Operation process or System configuration, which is why I received the “Staff of the Quarter of Q4/1994”, “Manager of the Quarter of Q1/2003” and “Outstanding Performance Award and Excellence Growth Award” in 2006.I have always assisted the Sales & Customer Service team to fix many customer issues that may have not have resulted from our end, which led to many customer satisfaction awards on consumer websites. My team’s SLA improved from 99.96 to 99.997 under my management and I have keep 0% resign rate in each country since 2002, which is an indicator of my strong leadership and people management skills. I vouch for my ability to work efficiently with people in team-oriented situations.
