a) Worked on corporate market analyses for Li-ion and other battery power storage technologies for a renewables project. b)Provided analysis and insights(including price evolution and perspectives) on metals/commodities markets including mining, reprocessing etc. for copper, steel, aluminum and other metals of interest to electric power companies c) Integrally participated in designing an ESG vision for a large U.S. utility company. d) For the same company, led a team on a U.S./Canada 6-month natural gas drilling market study, permitting a focus on qualified drilling contractors. e) Supply and demand planning/training, post-COVID supply chain bottlenecks and trucking/railroad issues. f) Conducted periodic market briefings for 5-6 major utilities.

Managed independent reports and lenders reviews, managed and evaluated capital projects (project management skills), and authored /contributed to reports on refinery projects, natural gas, project performance, CNG, small scale LNG, crude to chemicals, bio-naphtha, biojet, renewable diesel, biomass gasification, and bio-ammonia/ammonia as H2 carrier.• Successfully managed a $1B international arbitration with ICC for a large South American O&G producer, overseeing a complex and lengthy (2+ year) arbitration process • Integral team member for analyzing major crude/product terminals in Houston• Study on refined product markets in NWE ( incl. comments on a major financial consultant’s report) • Managed two extensive market studies (IDB )for financing a $ 90 million oil terminal in Dominican Rep. - Assisted Deloitte in a Marketing Study for a Caribbean company for oil product marketing assets (terminals, hundreds of stations, airport facilities) of a major • Directed a multibillion $ petrochemical business plan for a major Qatar company (with big four acct. firm and final client) for over a year • Managed a study to optimize the use of chemicals for Aramco• Managed an environmental waste management study for an Arab Gulf oil and gas company and Big Four accounting firm for refuse disposal, WTE, WTF, recycling etc. - Performed environmental/safety assessments for multibillion $ projects • Performed due diligence including a review of reservoir data, field development, and CAPEX/OPEX for Japanese co. in gas fields (S.America) - Managed with high client satisfaction a $50M gas infrastructure project (w. Consulted with major international energy companies to conduct global market studies, estimate the value of business opportunities, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.• Co-led a six month study to identify business opportunities in the Venezuelan Extra-Heavy Oil Belt for JOGMEC• Executed a technical and financial feasibility study including feedstocks, Excel model and market analysis for a KSA refinery • Managed a family business specialized in E&P (Geomechanics and Drilling) in Mexico and Venezuela with nine employees, including four engineers and two Country Managers and completed two $1M+ jobs

Provided technical litigation support and international business development across Latin America to assist clients in evaluating and developing projects, forecasting supply/demand and prices, and ensuring the competitiveness of assets. • Collaborated within a multifunctional team to manage a $1B+ international arbitration refinery claim in the Americas • Key member of a team in a business interruption claim for Citgo Asphalt caused by a ship damaging installations• Conducted Fair Market Value assessment of a transmix processing facility in North Texas

Conducted analysis and planning for market openings and determined periodic (daily) fuels pricing during two years for two countries in Central America/Caribbean Puerto Rico/Guatemala), Decisions impacted 5-10 percent of Puerto Rico's fuels market.

Led due diligence/ valuations to structure public offerings and participation in Orinoco heavy oil and operating agreement projects in New York markets (144-A)
