- Strategic procurement based of goods and services.- Review all the contracts periodically and do a price review.- Look for any opportunity to reduce procurement cost without compromising the quality of the product.- Coordinator for Ariba E-sourcing tool.- Issue RFP,RFI,RFQ etc and prepare Frame work agreements and long term contracts.

- Strategic procurement based on periodic - quarterly / half yearly requirement.- Co-coordinating with Engineering and production planning for Technical specifications and clarifications.- Coordinating with QC for any quality issues.- Processing PRs from various departments and liaise with vendors for proper delivery and follow up for payment updates.- Ensure proper Inventory planning is done to minimize the stock level and satisfy customer requirements..- Coordinating with UAE GHQ for shipment inspection and clearance.- Vendor development based on the product quality , manufacturing lead time and manufacturing cost.

here I’m responsible for procuring Aircraft spares for Etihad and all other third party customers (Thomas Cook,Onur Air,King Fisher,Air Deccan,Emirates,RAK Air,Royel Jet,XL Airways etc).Duties includes sourcing of spares for the aircraft from the manufactures / distributors and from other operators in case of AOG.Comparing the quotes from various suppliers and analysing the quality, documentations,price and place order.Also follow up with the vendors for early delivery of the parts to ADAT stores.

Here I was responsible for the tracking and tracing of Inbound & Outbound shipments of all GAMCO & ETIHAD shipments. The duties includes, generate daily report of shipment movement, following up with the origin/destination DHL network for timely delivery of the shipments, closely monitoring the shipment movement, follow up with the vendors.
