Duties also include on-site start up and on-site service.• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) worked on include Allen-Bradley MicroLogix, SLC, CompactLogix, ControlLogix, Modicon Quantum.• Servo controllers worked on include Baldor Smartmove, Baldor Nextmove, Ormec Orion, Triomotion, Allen-Bradley SLC Motion, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix Motion, and B & R Power Panel.• HMIs worked on include Allen-Bradley Panelview Plus, Allen-Bradley Panelview, KEP MMIs, Red Lion Paradigm Screens, and Uniop HMI Panels

• Mechanical design of downstream extrusion equipment. Responsibilities included mechanical concept development, mechanical design, mechanical detailing, and interaction with shop to oversee machine completeness. Duties also included working with customer during design process, and on-site installation and startup as required.• Machines designed include, spray tanks, presses for plastic extrusion, brushing machines, cooling conveyors, and servo controlled fly-cutters.

• Electrical design for waste water treatment systems. Responsibilities included creating electrical schematics, designing box layouts, programming controller, programming HMI, and testing finished machine. Duties included on-site start up and on site service. Duties also included, design, electrical detail design, PLC programming, HMI development, and system integration of complete waste treatment systems for circuit board printing industry.• PLCs and HMIs worked on include many of those listed in current employment, as well as, GE Fanuc 9030.
