With over 13 years of experience at Axis Communications, I’m responsible for overseeing industry associations for APAC regions. In this role, I collaborate with associations, partners and industry peers on behalf of Axis Communications to come up with industry standards, best practices, educate professionals on the latest developments in state-of-the-art security technology.

Manage and develop the Sales Engineer team of North Asia.

Currently in charge of Technical teams located in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Shanghai. My mission is To build and to develop a Technical Service team in North Asia by executing the Technical Support strategy and tactics. The goal is to improve the customer experience and build channel partner loyalty allowing greater impact to overall sales and revenue.

Soon after joining Pointsec Mobile Technologies on Nov 2006, the company is acquired by Check Point Software Technologies. My role is remain the same after migration done, as Security Consultant. Providing enterprise solution on Data Security and Network Security. Develop technical designs, testing and support initiatives. Review client's network and applications. Design and install security system to meeting customers' requirements and objectives.

For the first ten month, I handle the BIOS business, providing pre-sales support to PC manufacturer in HK and south China region. Generate and compile code for customer and provide maintenance service. Next 18 months, I moved to solution selling of data security product
