Nelson Wu is a Honorary Lecturer in the School of Music at The University of Queensland. He possess expertise in chamber music, public speaking, orchestral music, music theory and analysis, teaching and 15 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Nelson is a great leader, educator, musician, researcher and conductor. His wealth of knowledge and hard work enables him to achieve high results with whatever he does. He is a caring and passionate teacher, and his students are always engaged with each lesson and activity. He understands how to bring the best out of each student. As a Director of Music, he knows how to draw upon each staff member's strengths and in turn develop them to become a leader themselves. He was the Artistic Director of the successful Credo Australia International Chamber Music Camp in Sydney in 2014 and 2015." and "I had the privilege of meeting and getting to know Dr Nelson Wu during my tenure at The Scots College.
