I lead on the strategic development of creative and inclusive learning programmes to enable participation and diversify audiences. This includes universal, targeted and revenue-generating programmes onsite, online and in our communities. I drive the Wallace Collection’s commitment to accessibility and EDI; this includes and is not limited to implementing programmes for people who have additional needs and who are underrepresented in museum audiences.
