PastI was a postdoctoral researcher at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, focusing on DNA and protein interaction. I develop a strong foundation in molecular biological approaches on protein and DNA analysis from my previous training. Most importantly, I become more passionate in designing innovative products or approaches for protein purification.During my PhD studies, I discover my interests in working with biotech devices by taking responsibility of repairing laboratory equipment. In fact, repairing laboratory equipment will not accelerate my progress of getting my PhD’s degree. If passion is about working on something with excitement even though it is not directly beneficial to oneself, I am confident that my passion lies on designing and improving biotechnology products. I do believe collaborating with experts from different fields not only speeds up the research progress, but also turns a lot of impossible ideas into possible ones.
