Design, implement, and oversee the maintenance of NE HUB's IT infrastructure, including computers, routers, printers, and CCTV systems.Lead the migration from Gmail to Microsoft 365 Business, including setting up the domain and email services, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.Implement strategic systems like the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Human Resources Management System (HRMS), aligning them with our business goals.Provide prompt and efficient end-user support, resolving issues to maintain high levels of user satisfaction and productivity.Manage moves, adds, changes, and deletions (MACD) for IT equipment and software.Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to secure and optimize our IT systems.Work closely with various departments to identify and implement IT solutions that support business objectives.Keep up-to-date with new technology trends, assessing them for potential adoption by the organization.

Diagnose, identify, and resolve end-user reported issues with IT equipment as the first level of support.Perform break-fix replacement of hardware parts to resolve issues.Execute IMACD service requests, including installation, moving, adding, changing, and decommissioning of IT equipment and software.Coordinate and liaise with customers or other support teams to ensure efficient resolution of IT issues.Guide end-users through required tasks and provide necessary instructions to resolve their IT issues.Support the IT departments of L'Oréal and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in troubleshooting a variety of IT issues.
