• Established contract compliance metrics and create visibility to key stakeholder on performance• Perform contract review for new contract, contract renewal and define contract performance metrics (100% success rate on contract renewal)• Drive commercial analysis for new opportunities and suggestion on client implementation• Provide data analysis & BI report to C-Level member• Implement process improvement projects to drive operation excellence across APAC

• Full P&L Responsibility for HK Office, report directly to APAC CEO• Strategy planning for HK business growth from existing client and new client• Interact with regional team and global team to identify new business opportunity, services & process improvement• Manage account servicing team, shared service centre, studio, procurement & finance team for HKactivities

• Manage all round financial performance for the key account in P&L, budgeting, financial reconciliation, and variance reporting• Relationship building with clients at senior level, advice and coordination of provision of services and ensuring that service level align with contract, compliant to contract and SLA is reached• Accountable for the development of HH Global's key accounts, and make sure client is aware and understands the full range of services provided by company• Set up standard operation procedure, streamline process to improve operation efficiency

• Manage overall financial performance in HK & TW region, P&L report, Business variance & Business forecast, provide analysis to Management on Project ROI• Manage the operation issue, clarify and standardize the process, streamline the process, setting up guideline for back office team to follow up• Strategic Planning for business growth & cost control• Channel Management for business growth, value creation & exceeding customer expectation• Build up positive relation with all stakeholders• Leading a team of Engineers, include setting up KPI, technical skill matrix & development plan

• Budget planning, business forecast and business report analysis for Management• Handle Key Accounts' enquiries, review and improvement• Projects management – From Creative Development, Customer Communication, Vendor Sourcing, Production Monitoring, Schedule Control & Logistic arrangement• Manage a team of Client Service Executives to ensure quality services provided• Oversee Digital Printing Centre Operation & ensure SLA is committed
