At the service of CMOC Brasil International - copeBras (formerly Anglo American Brazil Phosphates).Routine Activities:• Conducting weekly planning meetings, making the interface between maintenance and production, in addition to preparing minutes with the results of planning and execution;• Opening and closing work orders for the execution of planned and unplanned activities;• Requisitions for materials and personal protective equipment;• Appropriation of hours performed by the maintainers in the executed work orders;• Preparation of management reports to control the main maintenance indicators;• Reporting to the manager and other leaders of the main maintenance results in daily meetings;• Planning of small stoppages, involving request for extraordinary labor, opening work orders from the Equipment Maintenance Plan, opening stop order and closing costs after stoppage.Important projects:• Participation in the planning and control of the biannual stoppage of the production units of acids (sulfuric and phosphoric) in 2017, supporting the planner in the development of the schedule, opening and separation of work orders for each team, control of the progress of the activities in the field during the course of the project and participation in meetings to monitor the stop.

Routine Activities:• Improvement and adaptation of reports through benchmarking;• Preparation of material cost reports, such as electrical and mechanical consumables, lubrication, civil, carpentry, and mechanical and electrical spare parts;• Preparation of cost reports for planned maintenance shutdowns;• Internal and external maintenance and support customer satisfaction surveys;• Participation in daily supervision meetings.Important projects:• Productivity assessment of the maintenance workforce (mechanics, welders, boilermakers, lathes, lubricators, electricians, instrumentalists, bricklayers and scaffolders) with an indication of the main losses (transportation, release, lack of material, idleness, etc.) and percentages , reporting partial results to the Planning Engineer and Maintenance Manager, and presenting the final results to the entire maintenance leadership;• Implementation of detailed monthly reports of maintenance costs, pointing out costs of contracted labor, contracted services, leased machinery/equipment, maintenance parts and materials, main budget deviations of each production unit and their respective causes;• Implementation of management reports to control the main maintenance indicators, such as maintenance costs, adherence to weekly schedule, backlog, Daily Routine Management (DRM) actions, execution of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), inspection recommendations and NRs, as well as the presentation to management and other leaders of the main results in daily meetings.

The starting point was the development of a task force to clean up the finances, renegotiating debts with creditors and debts of delinquent customers, in addition to standardizing the receipt and payment processes. The second step consisted of reviewing the business focus, changing the brand, developing and expanding strategic services, reducing services with low profit margins, in order to simplify both the portfolio and internal processes. Finally, cost controls and sales strategies were developed for the new business model.
