-Technical writing and coordination of Emergency Operations Plans, Mass Care, Mitigation Plans and Shelter Plans, Continuity of Operations Plans and Pre-Disaster Recovery Plans.-Facilitate, develop and complete technical writing of After-Action Reviews/Reports, Improvement Plans for various clients including all levels of government, higher education, healthcare clients and the private sector.-Develop, maintain and nurture relationships with outside agencies within all sectors of government, the private sector and education. -Collaborate with different levels of client management and teams to complete evaluations related to preparedness, continuity and readiness through departmental meetings to identify vulnerabilities, capacity, capabilities and establishing goals, per metrics requirements.-Creation, writing and facilitation of exercises per HSEEP expectations and client’s requirements and agreed upon scope of work through appropriate design and development of appropriate tabletop, discussion-based and full-scale exercises.-Consult and guide clients through the process of developing plans and meeting federal, state, local and tribal guidelines and requirements.-Disaster event response, like California Wildfires and the COVID19 Pandemic response.
