• Provide comprehensive psychiatric services, including diagnosis, medication management, annual evaluations, and crisis interventions for complex adolescents and young adults who have intellectual disabilities with comorbid psychiatric conditions and trauma.• Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide services for youth in care and discharge plans.• Provide on-call tele-support service for RNs after hours for crisis support, including medication management appointments to bridge the gap after discharge with outpatient services. • Assist with the admissions process by conducting pre-placement interviews with youth and families seeking residential treatment and reporting clinical assessments to the intake department.

• Skilled in providing comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and medication management in both pediatric and adult individuals with a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and psychotic disorders. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and case managers, to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.• Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient advocacy, cultural competence, and ethical principles.
