Click ProjectClick project is developed through an existing protocol between EAPN Portugal and IEFP (Institute for Employment and Vocational Training) that works in the areas of employability of vulnerable groups and corporate social responsibility.It is a mediation project between job supply and demand, developing an instrument to complement public employment services, through the promotion of sessions that stimulate the deepening and development of the soft skills of vulnerable unemployed people, raising awareness and training for social responsibility of potential employers.Main tasks:• Prospecting new companies to carry out a protocol of collaboration with the project;• Mobilization of strategic partners;• Promotion of sessions aimed at unemployed people;• Conducting trainee selection interviews;• Monitoring and logistical support of training sessions;• Preparation of technical reports;• Follow-up of the professional mentoring processes of the participants in constant articulation with the partner companies;• Technical, financial and logistical management of the Project;• Responsible for managing the project's social media networks (mainly Instagram).
