As a National Organisational Change Manager, I collaborated with the National Operations Manager to lead and coordinate the daily operation activities such as production planning, manufacturing, assembly, manual trade labour, production control and quality assurance, logistics and supply chain across Revolution Roofing. I was fortunate to contribute and lead a range of significant projects across Revolution Roofing SA and WA including the creation of the company culture and leadership values, design of an effective staff assessment system which included a professional development plan and the implementation of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX in WA. In this role I was responsible for creating the monthly Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP) to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory. In addition, I was responsible for providing the plant with a monthly production schedule consistent with the plant capacity and sales forecast. I determined the desired inventory levels for finished goods down to the pack size including safety stock levels. I managed the inventory and the purchasing of the raw materials, consumables and spare parts needed to satisfy the production schedule. The main outputs of the S&OP were the production schedule, purchases and targeted inventories. I was responsible for providing the plant with an effective monthly production schedule assuring orders were processed, manufactured and delivered in order to meet expected lead times, maximising the efficiency of manpower, materials and production capacity.I planned and ordered the purchases of raw material and supplies in a timely manner, working closely with production and sales teams and liaising with national and international suppliers in order to avoid shortages in the manufacture and sales of the company’s portfolio of products.I coordinated and supervised monthly stocktakes and analysed stock adjustments. Also, I designed a program that assisted me to control the inventory following the stock policy. As a Project Engineer I had the opportunity to contribute and lead a range of significant projects in Amcor White Cap. One of them was the implementation of the ERP system Microsoft GP. The majority of the projects involved close communication with several departments and the technical team to generate the schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting of the activities related to the projects. I also provided scheduling, maintenance of MS Projects databases, quality assurance, project management, estimation, supervision and support services along with engineering and technical support for ongoing projects.
