CurrentProject Manager in the Procurement group that successfully led a 15 person team as Business PMO across 4 time zones (San Jose, Ireland, Singapore, India) on a supply chain infrastructure project with a budget of $600K and a benefit of ~$1M/yr in cost reductions. Project configured Oracle, Camstar, and EDI to automate the purchase of direct materials.Primary procurement business partner to the IT Business Applications group on negotiations for professional services with annual spend of ~$3M.Implemented Oracle Iprocurement and PO modules for 17 countries in Europe and Asia which eliminated paper requisitions, improved SOX compliance, and increased efficiency.Created quarterly purchasing department metrics to present to Operations VP such as Negotiated Savings, Total Spend, Turn-around-time, Savings Opportunities, and Engagement with stakeholder percentages. Wrote SQL scripts in TOAD application to query Oracle.Led testing for procurement modules globally and implemented AME (Approval Management Engine) for Oracle R12 Upgrade. Automated test scripts saving at least 1000 hours of people effort each year using HP Quality Center software.Managed a team of 7 people during the 2009 “Great Recession” when our Operations department shifted ~50% headcount (200 people) from USA to Singapore. The team's focus shifted from data processing to partnering with stakeholders to negotiate savings.Other projects included implementing Oracle Stores and Catalogs functionality, creating department Sharepoint site, implementing DocuSign electronic signature, and implementing Pcard program.
