Project configured Oracle, Camstar, and EDI to automate the purchase of direct materials.Primary procurement business partner to the IT Business Applications group on negotiations for professional services with annual spend of ~$3M.Implemented Oracle Iprocurement and PO modules for 17 countries in Europe and Asia which eliminated paper requisitions, improved SOX compliance, and increased efficiency.Created quarterly purchasing department metrics to present to Operations VP such as Negotiated Savings, Total Spend, Turn-around-time, Savings Opportunities, and Engagement with stakeholder percentages.
