Inspect paper and paperboard products during corrugating, laminating, printing, cutting, scoring, coating, forming, sealing, and packaging processes to make sure adherence to plant quality standards work orders3. Inspect the product for defects, like blisters, wrinkles, improper forming, sealing, glue spots, printing overlap, and color distortions.4. Measure the dimensions & thickness of the product, using a tape measure and an automatic micrometer. Weight-coated uncoated products calculate the weight of the coating and record weight data on the inspection report.5. Working knowledge in callipers, Bursting Strength testers, Pulp Freeness Testing, (SR), Schopper-Riegler, and Pulp Hand sheet Testing, and COBB Test analysis. and records test results on the inspection report6. Spot-counts several articles in a bundle or shipping container to verify accuracy. A completed final inspection prior to shipping.
