Developed state of the art three dimensional rat dissection software for the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry. The software is currently being used in a research project in which it is being tested as an alternative to in vivo dissection tutorials. During this period I worked closely with academic and industry professionals to gather requirements, set deadlines and project milestones and drove the project to completion.

Contract opportunity in the Joint Biomechanics Laboratory in the department of Kinesiology where I managed the development of an immersive virtual reality forklift simulation using the Oculus Rift. The software is currently being used in a research setting with the goal of measuring the effects of forklift vibrations on spinal cord injuries.Developed plugins for Unity3D graphics engine to interface with robotics hardware that controlled movements of robotic hexapod to simulate physics of forklift. Also developed system for integrating Natural Point OptiTrack hardware for head pose tracking.
