Current• Leads the execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures transitions on behalf of HR, partnering with key stakeholders, globally, as well as communicating with leaders at target companies. • Key partner to the global M&A team, embedding and maturing HR processes for Diligence and Integration efforts. • Strategic and tactical functional support on diverse portfolio deals. Responsible for people related strategy and decisions in all phases of the deal lifecycle from due diligence through integration. Engage in continuous improvement activity. • Identify, train, develop, and support global team members to work on M&A deals. Aligns regional and functional resources.• Design and develop HR-related global and regional tools and processes (playbooks, information requests, and related); trains and coaches global team members to support M&A activity.• Act as global HR Business Partner (HRBP) to M&A and Orthopedics organizations. Provides consultative advice and strategic though on talent implication of business strategies and objectives across geographies. Creates robust strategic partnerships with global resources; leverages cross-functional team to drive solution-based responses to strategic objectives. Partners with C-suite and other leaders to address business priorities and challenges, devising strategies to address people-related aspects. Identifies leadership skills gaps and conducts talent assessment, provides plans and strategies to increase leadership effectiveness.
