This incorporation will generate an income tax saving around R$ 2,5 millioin/year.• After incorporation, all Controllership activities were restructured and all processes not linked directed to the production were moved to Jundiaí, as Treasury and Tax. Consolidate the financial information from all business around the world. Elaborate the financial reports on quarterly basis (10Q) and on yearly basis (10K) based on USGAAP to report to SEC.
