This transition to CTO at Meivcore Group reflects my pivotal role in transforming Meivcore Group's companies from a paper-based operation into fully digital enterprises. By spearheading the development and implementation of the Meivworld App Suite and SAP across all companies of the group, I am at the forefront of adopting Industry 4.0 and 5.0 solutions that are revolutionising our business processes.This new responsibility presents an opportunity for me to continue driving innovation, enhancing efficiency, and achieving substantial revenue growth, thereby positioning Meivcore Group as a leader in industrial maintenance services.I am excited to continue leading our technological advancements and guiding our talented IT team towards even greater achievements.

I was invited to join the team in 2016 in order to lead the optimization and digitalization of several business processes. Back then Meivcore was a paper based company and now is fully digitalized using a suite of web and mobile products - Meivworld - that was custom built to support all Meivcore's operations. Meivworld is a suite of web platforms and mobile apps that covers areas from order management to on-site operations, from warehouse tool management (with RFID tech) to timesheet reports as well as fleet management (with GPS integrations). As VP Technology & Information, I've lead the digitalization process and adoption of industry 4.0 solutions in Meivcore.The digitalization impact in Meivcore was brutally positive. With a decentralized business, working in its clients sites, digitalization helped Meivcore's managers to do more with less. Meivcore revenue ramped up from 8M€ (2015) to +30M€ (2018), achieving the 23rd place in Inc. Magazine "5000 Europe" ranking (Portugal's first place).Our IT team grew from 2 to 12 people with a wide set of roles such as Software Developers, Dev Ops, Engagement Managers, and Customer Success Managers.

Now part of Brightwheel.MyChild reached thousands of daily users and +100k photos uploaded per month - was selected for 2016 Google demo day and ranked top 10 of Lisbon Challenge accelerator in the early stages. MyChild raised close to $3 million in 2 VC rounds, with different VC funds.
