Developed a technique for DNA sequence alignment and filed a patent application. Mined stationary structure from encoded time-series of DNA and then encoded the structure into approximate constancy bursts sequences using RLE-like compression. Aligned DNA sequences through pattern-match of stationary-structure on such RLE-like compact representations.
