I am senior procurement analyst at Monelca S.A. de C.V., a company focused on the metalworking industry, rent of equipment and development of electromechanical projects. Main responsibilities in this position are: negotiate with local and international suppliers, evaluate their performance, follow up on the annual procurement plan, indicators, requests in process and inventories and submit results reports to the department manager and vice president of the company. In this job I have the support of three professionals in logistics, administration and engineering. We are the link between production departments, planning, budgets and suppliers in general. Due to the nature of my work, it is always necessary to work in teams with the other areas of the company and with the suppliers, who are our strategic allies. Our most important achievement so far has been the supply for the development of an electric power generation project in Nicaragua, we generate significant savings for the company and we have achieved the required time, quality and commercial conditions.Before joining Monelca, I worked on two projects as professional practices, the first in Fedecredito and the second at Ingenio la Cabaña. On both occasions, I had the pleasure of working and having excellent mentors and colleagues.I am a Business Engineer, graduated from the School of Economics and Business (ESEN). I had the opportunity to attend the semester at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), which has been very useful in dealing with global suppliers.I am always interested in getting in touch with colleagues, managers, area professionals, interesting and creative people, so do not hesitate to contact me if you want to connect.
