Council Authorized Representative (CAR) on the SWLRT Civil Project. Co-leading a team of (20) staff which consist of direct hires and consultants. The Civil portion of the project consists of the bridges, walls, tunnels, stations, LRT guideway, utilities and other work scopes. The project requires coordination with (5) cities, park boards, and other government agencies along the alignment.

Contract administration for the Central Corridor Light Rail Transit, Civil West contract

* Managed projects from preconstruction to project close-out, including but not limited to subcontract negotiation, documentation, permits, schedules, budgets and personnel* Negotiated scope and pricing of subcontractor contracts and revised contracts as required* Administered change request process, including AIA documentation* Responsible for weekly budget reviews, project documentation and schedules, applications for payment to the client and jobsite safety* Monitored project progress through weekly meetings and site inspections with the subcontractors and client* Managed multiple projects simultaneously each up to $1M in value* 8 years AutoCAD experience producing shop drawings, preliminary design, building permits, transferred hand sketches, created titleblock templates and proposals* Increased minority subcontractor contacts by chairing an open house event for women and minority owned contractors through the Association of Women ContractorsMajor Project ExperienceClients for completed projects include, but not limited to the Science Museum of Minnesota, Mystic Lake Casino, The Marquette Hotel, Neighborhood House, UBS Financial and The University of Minnesota
