I am a building construction specialist who has a passion for quality building and a reputation for delivering results. With an outstanding ability to understand and actualize the clients' needs and project requirement, I can turn concepts and ideas into realities. I have years of construction experience. I was a technical sales engineer specializing in ventilation and piping systems. Currently, I work as an Estimator for a general contractor based in Vancouver. My working experience has proved that I am organized, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed. To enhance my specialty, I completed the Architectural and Building Technology program at BCIT with outstanding results. I acquired skills for building construction, such as estimating, preparing architectural drawings and construction management. The program also strengthened my time management skill and my capability to cope with pressure through intense workloads.Besides my interest in concrete and high-rise buildings, I would like to learn more about green building technology and be involved in these projects in the future. I believe sustainability in construction will become the trend in the industry. It is the most efficient way to bring benefit to our society and meet the government's environmental provisions.
