I have recently embarked on an exciting new chapter in my life by immigrating to the UK in search of new experiences, personal growth, and the opportunity to meet diverse individuals like yourselves. I have a strong background in administrative and accounts work. For almost seven years, I have honed my organizational and detail-oriented skills in various administrative roles. Notably, as an Assistant Clerical Officer in the Lands Department of the Hong Kong Government, I excelled in organization, time management, and effective communication. My responsibilities included maintaining accurate records of tenancy, waiver, and license cases. I also ensured the precision of debit notes issued to tenants, meticulously reviewed and calculated work orders prepared by government contractors, and monitored accounts payable and accounts receivable. Additionally, I provided valuable support to both my subordinates and Land Executives in dealing with public applications and addressing any challenges.Prior to my administrative roles, I had the opportunity to work as a carpenter apprentice in Hong Kong for one year. During that time, I developed practical skills in woodworking, collaborating with experienced carpenters to create cabinets and master various techniques. I also undertook independent projects such as installing ceiling lines and doors, and I maintained accurate records of materials used and project costs. This experience allowed me to appreciate the satisfaction that comes from crafting something with my own hands. Although I have chosen to explore new opportunities due to the limited chances for growth in my previous field, I am now eager to embrace fresh challenges and further develop my skills.In my quest for personal and professional growth, I am eager to embrace new challenges and meet individuals from various backgrounds.
