As direct report to the CEO, member of the executive committee and assessor to the board of directors, I was responsible for defining and executing a strategic technological plan for Colombia and its affiliate branches along with a team of 18 members. With an approximate budget of COP $3,200M (USD $840,000) we rolled out the sales operation for the new branches of Ceresinka in Peru and Mangle in Spain. Also, during my leadership structured the Business Intelligence unit for the company and migrated the parallel service applications on cloud, ensuring higher disposability, expansion and improvement of the security infrastructure as a whole. We also implemente the Help Desk on SAP and the B2B and B2C e-commerce platform.

Implemented SAP projects for companies such as Cafam, Grupo ISA, Grupo Carval, Manuelita and Ramo along with a team of SAP functional and technical specialists. Under my leadership we accomplished good relationships and permanent client contract with high satisfactions and a specialized support service.

As direct report to the CPO, member of the executive committee and assessor to the Board of Directors, I was responsible for leading a group of 22 technology department members for the entire national and international structure. With a budget of around COP$1,200M (USD$400,00) for spending and COP$1,000M (USD$380,000) for investments, I was leading 3 company areas: SAP Help Desk (Colombia and branches), Office Support (base office and production plants) and Support and Development of telecomunications.
