Experienced executive in the payments sector, worked for 13 years at Mastercard, starting my career as the first global intern. My last position at the company was Business Development Leader, where I was responsible for onboarding new issuers, acquirers and processors in the business devolpemtn team.During my years in this position, I successfully led several important projects, including the Mastercard Bin Sponsor/Issuer processor model with Orbitall, CSU, Dock, among others, which had a significant impact on the Mastercard Onboarding model. In addition, I was able to bring new prestigious issuers and acquirers to the Mastercard network, such as Stelantis (Jeep/RAM), Creditas, S3bank, Banco Genial, Conta Black, Stark Bank, and others.I don't limit myself to the business world. I'm also a passionate advocate for social and financial inclusion, being part of the Ninho Social Institute, which supports social projects that deal with homeless and people with social vulnerability, including the Laundry Project, which offers dignity and new access through water (with laundry, baths, and social dressing rooms).All this experience in business development and the ability to identify and bring new players to the Mastercard network were fundamental to my success at the company.Now, as co-founder of SALTO PAGAMENTOS, I continue to work in the payments sector, offering technological solutions and consulting to companies in various sectors, always with a keen eye on social and financial inclusion.And with Twinmate, a startup driving sustainable innovation, we create and implement solutions like Green Balance, enabling businesses in various sectors to efficiently manage and offset their carbon footprint.
