Will brings nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry having led wealth management operations throughout his career. He specializes in aligning strategy to develop new business, nurture key client relationships, and drive operational excellence. Will has been crucial in Hilltop Securities’ effort to build capacity within the organization, creating greater opportunities to better serve businesses and individuals through offering a diverse set of products within wealth management. In addition to delivering top quality products and services to our key clients, Will has helped Hilltop Securities deliver on its commitment to continuously invest in the career development and support of its independent advisors, making Hilltop an organization where advisors desire to work long-term, build lasting relationships, and grow their careers. Prior to taking the role as Head of Momentum Independent network, Will served as the President of Southwest Insurance Agency’s internal insurance division where he supported independent and employee financial advisors in the offering of annuity, life insurance, long-term care, and disability insurance products. Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University in Commerce. He also holds Series 7, 24, & 66 licenses. Will resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
