• Engage with key internal/external customers in the delivery of information and analysis reports to ensure they meet customer requirements and expectations• Design, Develop and Provide a range of Business Intelligence tools and information products to customers• Acting as a mentor and provide leadership and supervision to other information analysts within the team

• Leading Specialist Role for analysing the Oxfordshire Urgent Care Services such as A&E and Minor Injury Units, Hospital Emergency Admissions, Out Of Hours, NHS 111 and 999 calls and Ambulance Response and Handover• Involved with various Urgent Care analytical projects to study the Oxfordshire Health Care consumption demands and case mix analysis• Lead on development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of new information dashboard• Assist with training and induction of new staff
