Since 2018 i'm taking care for multiple eCommerce sites and also i build sites based on my customers requirements. I can tell that i've builded sites and i have experience working with most used eCommerce platforms.

In this position, i was taking care for marketplaces accounts where our products was listed.Daily tasks:- Find new opportunities- Listing new products- Competition analysis- Pricing- Order management- Sales channels management

In job description for this position my main daily tasks is to help eMAG Marketplace Partners when they have problems with Marketplace Platform or when just when they need help to make changes for their accounts.- Operational support (I provide operational support for MKTP Partners with their orders/returns/refunds, when they need to learn a flux for using our platform or when they need help to integrate new courier account and and everything related to the operational area.)- Techincal support ( I provide technical support to MKTP Partners when they have problems with their products that it's published on eMAG, or when have problems using our API servers.)- Legal support (I help MKTP partners when they need to change informations like "Return Policy", modification of the commissions for sales, legal informations who's published on eMAG or when need to add new account on our platform and more things like this.)

In job description for this position my main daily tasks was:- Resolve customers complaints registered to us or directly to ANPC, but for ANPC complaints, my job description mean just to resolve the claim, and the responses to the commissariat it's sended by my colleagues from "Anpc Team". - Exceptional situations, like a product price error, some technical site error when we start an outbound action to contact the affected customers or when we have a dissatisfied customer who comes directly to our office reception, I take my laptop, we search a free room and we search for a solution to satisfy the customer
