•Perform full cycle recruitment across the enterprise focusing on HQ (all departments), Call center/customer service teams, & Hair Color Bar retail locations nationwide. •Prepare, edit, and execute required items for requisition kickoff meetings, update and maintain internal/external templates including requisition templates, job board settings, candidate and hiring coach communications.
