I established the iSystem IT Academy with the aim of training modern professions in Uzbekistan and supplying specialists and talents to the IT market. Currently, more than 20 of our mentors are giving offline and online classes in 12 directions. Over the past year and a half, we have taught more than 3,000 students. Providing services to several local and foreign partners. 2 Startups have been launched.I am also working as a mentor and lecturer in a 6-month offline course in the field of AI/DataScience. I helped build the POC and MVP for the project and start-up to win the pitch from The AloqaVentures Venture Fund (https://aloqaventures.uz/en/blog/aloqaventures-cradle/) and got the initial seed investment as venture capital.Cradle is an analytical video surveillance system based on artificial intelligence. My current responsibilities are providing consultation and mentoring to the team in building a service that monitors visitors and sales through cameras on the basis of computer vision in the retail market.

Activities as ML Team Lead: Managing the level of PNL was the main challenge in alifshop.uz and its merchant ecosystem in Uzbekistan, which is based on instalment payments. We started building the Credit Scoring system based on Alif's 5-year historical data. I was also involved in building various ML models to automate Targeted Marketing and optimise the promotion strategy.Activities as a Senior Software Developer: Alif.Shop brand and providing research outcomes for scalable FinTech related technical activities. The main goal of building Alif.Shop (alifshop.tj for Tajikistan) in a new format was to make the modern E-commerce platform convenient and fast for the public and merchants based on micro-services and several frontend applications, management through a centralised API gateway. The system was meant be scalable FinTech related activities.Having created the architecture with the team, deployed 15 distributed Micro-service with 6 GUI apps for Alif's business ecosystem with in 8 months (with team size 12). My task was to manage them and review the codes ( in Python, Php and Go), provided cloud based Distributed Micro-service Architecture using AWS.

The main purpose of joining this company was to enrich my Software skills with Hardware skills. As AI Project Leader I was responsible to manage/assist in the Company’s AI development/production infrastructure. My main work at KeyASIC was writing code for Edge devices and preparing various POCs/MVPs. As a full stack developer, I was involved in creating GUIs for edge devices and seamless integration into the imedic™ platform.

The most difficult issue of building a Multi Channel Marketing Platform is the variety of APIs of e-commerce platforms that need to be integrated. Of course, each requires a separate integration. I was assigned to integrate Amazon, Qoo10 (Singapore), Shopify (Malaysia) platforms. Also handled several Warehouse integrations. I offered the integration of open source platforms to the CombileSell multichannel platform, making it possible to integrate any online shops based on WooCommerce and OpenCard open source platforms. This led to a 3-fold increase in the number of partners for the company in 6 months.

In the process of offering their products to various shopping malls by merchants through the platform, increasing the sales volume and giving the best price has always been a problem. In order to solve the problem, I studied targeted marketing, engaged in price prediction based on sentiment analysis and semantic similarities techniques. I was responsible for providing data analyzes and implement machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc. and their real-world advantages, drawbacks and applications: marketplaces and CombineSell’s platform.
