My life’s work is to empower UX writers to create inclusive, helpful, and engaging customer experiences. I began my career in 2004 as an editor of a (printed!) travel magazine, and grew alongside the Israeli media market, first by creating and editing content for websites, and then by writing little words that matter in digital products. These little words humanized interfaces, made them more engaging, helpful, and eventually easier to use. Through the years, I realized this practice has a name, it makes a huge impact, and I am deeply passionate about it. So, I established and pioneered the UX writing and microcopy field in Israel. Since 2011 I have been a microcopy (UX) writer and a voice designer for Israel’s largest corporations across all industries. My true passion is public services and government institutions, where microcopy can genuinely improve lives on a national scale. In 2020, I designed the Israeli government’s voice, and I have been writing microcopy for the government’s digital products since.
