Duties and Responsibilities• Interact with Guests and individuals outside the Hotel, including but not limited to current and potential Clients, Owning Company Representatives, Government Officials, Travel Industry Representatives, Suppliers, Competitors and other members of the local community.• Perform the role of Public Relations by improving, protecting and looking for ways to enhance the hotel’s image based on the latest trends.• Establish and implement departmental policies and the standard operating procedures for the Hotel according to the standards set.• Manages the hotel Sales and Marketing plans by recommending growth efforts, monitoring progress, provide leadership in all selling and marketing activities and responsible in improving the performance and technical skills of the Sales & Marketing team, by assigning and setting sales objectives to reach the hotel’s target and higher results. • Working closely with the Rooms, Food & Beverage and Sales & Marketing Departments, to maximize sales through promotional activities and events.• Build the marketing plan for the hotel to include sales targets based on market analysis• Develop and design attractive offers and packages for Guests, Travel Agents and Corporate Clients• Present on a monthly basis, the contribution, focus and activities within the Hotel to the Owners.• Emphasize on achieving hotel budget, and set other short and long-term strategic goals for the property • Ensure costs are controlled by the hotel and revenue opportunities are effectively sourced and delivered• Increase the management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, counseling, and disciplining managers.

• Responsible for the over-all operation and administration of the hotel.• Performs the role of Public Relations by improving, protecting and looking for ways to enhance the hotel’s image based on the latest trends.• Lead sales programs for the hotel by assigning and setting sales objectives to reach the hotel’s target and higher results. Helps and guides the hotel’s Sales and Marketing team in improving their performance through recommendations and training programs.• Assist the Vice President for projects development within the Middle East & North Africa Region.• Conduct feasibility studies for projects developments.• Prepare the Product Improvement Plan for various projects.
