South Pacific Chiropractic Health & Wellness (SPCHW) / (non-profit volunteer group). The SPCHW is a non profit organization committed to serving, & providing chiropractic care through our mission trips to the people of the South Pacific.The South Pacific Chiropractic Health and Wellness (SPCHW) is a group organized by Doctors of Chiropractic, and graduate students from all over the USA. Its membership consists of both Doctors of Chiropractic and Chiropractic graduate students in clinic from all organizations and schools. One of the goals of the club is to share chiropractic, and be an ambassador for chiropractic through volunteer mission trips to the South Pacific. SPCHW is also about promoting cultural interactions between chiropractors, and the people of the South Pacific who don't often get exposed to chiropractic care due to a limited presence of chiropractors in the region. We want to help change that.

Stars 7s program – All Stars Team:Stars Rugby 7s is about developing rugby 7s players in elite tournament settings. Teams compete in multiple high performance assemblies and international tournaments each year with a deep talent pool combining internationally capped 7s and 15s players, elite prospects, athletically gifted players new to the game of 7s, and crossover athletes. While mostly US based, the Stars rosters include players from Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK and welcomes any players committed to the team and rugby camaraderie. Tours have included the Las Vegas Invitational, Calgary Stampede 7s, Australia Central Coast 7s, Tobago 7s, and Atlanta 7s with numerous championship appearances and titles won.

The Director of Rugby at Arkansas State University is responsible for building a competitive team with student athletes who are focused on excelling both academically and on the rugby field. Am also responsible for advising domestic and international students about the university's admission requirements and enrollment policies and procedures, assisting with domestic and international recruiting efforts, and serving in a leadership role and oversight of the Rugby team and over 80 male and female student athletes. Oversight includes, but was not limited to, recruitment and development of players, adherence to relevant policies and procedures (in accordance to all relevant associations including Arkansas State University), budget accountability, and fundraising. I also have experience in advising and recruiting students, familiar with academic policy, and experience working with student athletes. I also have to be in compliance as a coach through USA Rugby and has a good knowledge of USA Rugby policies and Procedures to keep program, players and affiliates in good standing and compliance. Am also a very successful recruiter for Arkansas State University.WHY ME AS YOUR COACH:I bring something different to the table, and that difference is building a successful team culture first before the boots are strapped on. The concept of family is tailored into everything I do, because I feel it’s an important part of building a successful rugby team. My coaching is tailored specifically on the type of talent I have in front of me. My coaching styles and attributes relate directly to my rugby knowledge, technical and specialist abilities, alongside my proven history, philosophy and personality being developed within the club and different levels of rugby back home in New Zealand. Alongside the attributes are my abilities in creating a unique team spirit, high achievable standards and a team culture based on visions and goals, pride and history, enjoyment and preparation.

Recruiting qualified student athletes to the university, resulting in over 1 millions dollars of revenue generated through new incoming freshman students, current students that choose not to transfer, and students transferring in annually. The rugby team is primarily made up of students from out of state and International so recruiting is a key component in the rugby teams success and the university generating revenue. The rugby team has close to 70 student male athletes that all pay tuition to be part of the Arkansas State University rugby program generating revenue. Also just started a women's rugby team with over 20 girls that will soon be generating revenue for the university when recruits start attending. Recruited 27 freshman student athletes for the ASU rugby team in the fall of 2014, the largest recruiting freshman class since the program started.Recruited students from out of state that won't normally attend Arkansas State University including international students from Australia, South Africa, Spain, Dubai Emirates, Turkey, New Zealand, England, Ireland only to name a few.

ARPTC is a USA Rugby Olympic Development Academy and serves to prepare some of the nation’s best for the international stage, as well as send its residents and camp attendees back to their home clubs ready for call up duties to the International stage. As the largest of only 5 designated National Development Academies, its aim is to narrow the performance gap between amateur domestic players and international rugby 7's by accelerating the development of athletes who can’t participate in the at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista.

Head Coach for the rugby club

Responsible for the overall management of a large sporting body as the director of the both the men’s and women’s rugby teams, including the presentation; quality of the brand we represent; integrity of program I run with my athletes; academic achievement of all our athletes; promoting the University’s vision, mission, and values; monitor and evaluate program equity to ensure Title IX compliance; management and supervision of my assistant coaches, captains, and leadership groups, My experience also includes efforts in building bridges, new business ventures, revenue generation and operational efficiencies across multiple areas and units in Intercollegiate Athletics as well as sponsorship from the community and alumni strongholds.

I am a former player and Head Coach of Palmer College of Chiropractic, a Men’s Division One club side in the Midwest Rugby Union. While at Palmer I ran an elite rugby scholarship program, where we offer 15 full ride tuitions per trimester to student rugby players who have proven themselves worthy through a holistic rugby program which includes; a rigorous weightlifting program for the team, structured training sessions and practices, game video sessions focused on analyzing individual and team performance, statistical meetings to analyze in detail how the team can improve and what we need to work on, Individual focused skills sessions tailored for individual players, and a comprehensive progress report for each player and the whole team. I was also responsible for allocating about $414,000 in scholarships per year to students, and so I do have an eye for identifying and developing athletes and what is needed to be competitive at the elite level. While at Palmer we also started offering scholarships to women rugby players and built a very progressive Palmer women’s rugby program that allowed women to also have the opportunity to compete for scholarships and to help build and encourage a winning formula within a team setting. I also wore many hats in the team, such as assisting with finding sponsorship for the team, running fundraising events for the team via community initiatives, and was actively recruiting and finding ways to build our pool and base of rugby players within the club. I am an ambassador for the sport, for any team I am part of, and hold myself with high esteem when I represent the team both on and off the field, and everywhere I go.
