Participation of Implementation of HSE Management system and raising HSE CultureEngineering Geologist responsibilities: • Coordinating drilling crew in day and night shifts (over 30 persons), on five rig units• Coping with challenging work environments on demanding rotations (up to 35 days on field /4 days off)• Supervising diamond drilling, well interventions and wireline coring. Giving feedback to Geologists and Data Engineers.• Supervising installation of hydrogeological objects (piezometers and vibro wire piezometers) for monitoring underground voter pressure (over 800 m in depth)• Observing ROP, pump pressure, weight on bit, rotary speed, RPM, mud specific weight• Supervising hydrogeological tests, packer tests (vdp), results interpretation. • Monitoring of drilling fluid’s physical and chemical properties.• Writing reports, project updating, communicating with clients etc.• Installing BOP equipment and monitoring concentration of H2S, CH4, COHSE officer responsibilities:• Contractor safety management• Risk assessment• Keeping record of work related hazards, accidents, illness and injuries• Create and develop various OHS training database• Training of employees and contractors• Monitoring over preventive measures defined by intern company acts and HSE regulations• Commenting intern company acts who are in process of harmonization• Promote activities of safety culture at worksite• Accident, incident and near hit investigation and reporting• Emergency plan management• Present Site Orientation for employees and visitors;• Follow up on corrective actions involving unsafe conditions, accidents and near misses;• Safety meetings and toolbox talks• Communication with responsible state authorities and investors
