Planning, installing, configuring, integrating, maintaining and troubleshooting of VoIP, GPON and MW Links services and equipment.

- Monitoring the SMS delivery over the different connections to suppliers- Analysis of failing routes (adjustment, testing, re-routing, escalating)- Analysis of losing networks, in coordination with Procurement and Pricing team- Monitor and take necessary action to maintain a high quality of SMS delivery- Second line support- OTT and priority customer analysis and improvement- Supplier onboarding (test, set up routes & monitoring)- Margin analysis and improvements- Checking current performances: failures, loop, spam, not routed messages, clean-up of down routes- Set up custom routing for customers – on demand, in coordination with Sales and Pricing team- General quality improvement and cost reduction- Troubleshooting & Reporting- Various projects with Mobile Operators and SMS Aggregators- Networks and number ranges maintenance

- Voice and data GSM / UMTS / LTE measurements using Nemo Outdoor and TEMS Investigation- Draw routes and creating scripts for Drive tests- Post-processing of measurements log files, KPI analysis - Creating reports using Nemo Analyze- Pinpoint RAN irregularities and provide solution

- Integration, installation, troubleshooting and field maintenance of GSM / UMTS / LTE NSN BTSs.- Requisition of consumable supplies- Requisition of equipment (for NSN and Ericsson base station)- Configuring of equipment (NSN base station)- Making report of access networks installations- Making Hardware Failure Report for NSN modules and other equipment
